Daily routine planner

Don't plan dates.
Design your day.

A calendar records when things happen. Timetable designs how you live each day. Build the days you repeat — like weekdays and weekends — once, and always know what you should be doing right now.

Why Timetable

Calendars don't build habits

A calendar is for events that happen once and are gone. The rhythm you repeat every day needs a different tool.

Calendar

Oct 7, 3:00 PM · Team meeting

  • A one-off event on a specific date
  • Over once it's past
  • Answers “What's happening when?”
Timetable

Weekdays 07:30 · Workout

  • The shape of a day you repeat
  • Two versions, like weekday and weekend
  • Answers “What should I be doing now?”

Features

Plan fast, see it at a glance

No setup. Drag to build your day, then view it the way you like.

Weekday and weekend

Create up to 2 routines. Duplicate a similar day and tweak just what's different.

Drag to plan

Drag on an empty spot to create a block, or drag a block to move or resize it. Everything snaps to 5 minutes.

24-hour clock view

See the balance of your whole day at once. A hand points at the current time so you know what's up now.

Tidy list

Everything in time order, with locations and notes. See your planned and free time totals too.

Overlaps are fine

Things you do at the same time — like a podcast on your commute — sit side by side. Sleep that crosses midnight just works.

Works on your phone

Nothing to install — it runs in your browser. Same routine on phone and computer, with dark mode.

How it works

Three steps is all it takes

Set it up once. After that, just open it and follow along.

  1. 1

    Create a routine

Give it a name like “Weekday” or “Weekend”. You can also start from a sample and edit it.

  2. 2

    Fill in blocks

Drag across the timeline to pick a time and type a title — done. Add color, location, and notes whenever you like.

  3. 3

    Check it every day

It opens right at the current time. Stop wondering what to do next and follow your routine.
